Emilee Greer, Executive Chef

Emilee Greer graduated from OCHS in 2001 after being the first culinary apprentice. During the early years in her career, she worked at Last Resort Grill, Five and Ten, Cecilia Villaveces Cakes, and Chateau Elan Winery and Resort.

Emilee studied at the CIA in Hyde Park, New York after receiving the President’s scholarship. While in college, she completed her externship at Tosca near Boston, MA. In 2003, she graduated valedictorian of her associates class and went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in culinary arts management in 2005.

Emilee has worked in the metro Atlanta area for Concentrics Hospitality as a pastry chef for One Midtown Kitchen , Two Urban Licks , and most recently Trois .
